At Asteria, our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches.
We encourage all customers to review the policy below before placing an order.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our jewelry and our small-batch production model, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Returns & Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, subject to the conditions below:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• All original packaging must be included
• Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, provided in the form of a digital credit redeemable exclusively on our website.
Store credit:
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• May be used toward any future purchase
• Can be applied at checkout using the provided credit code
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges.
To purchase a different style, customers may return the original item for store credit and place a new order separately.
Exception:
We may accommodate size exchanges for the same item only, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and subject to availability.
No other exchanges are accepted.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

The following items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange:
• Worn or altered items
• Items returned without original tags attached
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
